Missouri Department of Conservation stocking walleye in Mozingo Lake

The Missouri Department of Conservation has begin stocking walleye each year in three lakes in Northwest Missouri with the goal of increasing the number of fish anglers can catch.

Eric Dennis, fisheries management biologist, said walleye stocking will increase from every other year to each year at Smithville Lake and Mozingo Lake. In addition, Harrison County Lake will receive walleye each year beginning this year.
